During this free consultation, I will assess your strengths weaknesses by testing your one max repetition. If you decide to join the program, you can either choose in person training or online coaching.

Starting at $50 a month, it will include a detailed workout plan and a customized meal plan. I will check in with you about your progress regularly by asking for progress pictures of your front, back, and side profile.
